There were meant to strengthen you.”

– Joel Osteen

The King’s Chalice!

The King’s Chalice!
Empty of all impurities!
Alas! Overflowing with Life and Light!
A sacred emblem of the Will of the Lord and King!

Pray Oh, my soul!
Be empty of greed, hate and covetousness!
Stir unceasingly with love, compassion and purity!
Anchor and serve only the Will of your Lord, Most High,
Like the King’s Chalice!

He made woman His very angel!

“Have you not yet learned to
respect the soul of woman?
It is purer than the soul of man,
lighter and more luminous.”
– Buddha

Water, the elixir of life!

Behold a clean clear glass of water!
So transparent, so serene like the heart of a saint!

Embrace it with thoughts of love and compassion,
and each crystal stirs and forms like a six-petal flower!
Six-petal lilies of water crystals,
Tiny bearers of virtues, knowledge and life!

Drink it with gratitude to the Light,
and each drop fills the body and soul with purity and life!

Sunday Reflection….guides from the Light!

“Our “guardian angels” rejoice
Each time they are able to guide us aright
Pay attention to their gentle promptings,
for often, they are spirits as we are,
spirits who have gone through one or other faults we carry about,
and are thus placed in a better position to advice us.

They work through our conscience, visions and dreams.”

Live in the breath!

“Make your breath long and deep like the tides,
a natural pause as the breath flows out,
a natural pause as you draw air in.
No thinking.”

There comes a time!

“And then there also finally comes
A day when we all mature
A day when we finally say goodbye
To spiritual babyhood
And nothing but the real ‘us’ remains
We would no longer have the time
For any untoward indulgence
We would let go of people and things
And focus on being!
For life never forces you to live
You alone must decide to be or not be!”
