If you take part in an Inipi Ceremony (sweat lodge) at several points, a sweetgrass braid is slowly dragged across the hot rocks causing beautiful, sparks and a scent that fills the lodge that is unforgettable. Sweetgrass is most important in the purification of the tools used in this sacred ceremony <3
