The beauty of life is…..

“The beauty of life is
while we cannot undo what is done
we can see it, understand it, learn from it and changeย
so that every new moment is spentย
not in regret, guilt, fear or angerย
but in wisdom, understanding and love.”

When the mind is really absent,…..

When the mind is really absent, in that silence, in that unlimited space,
your potential starts glowing, radiating, flowering.
Suddenly you are full of cherry blossoms,
a new presence, a new fragrance.

Let’s weave love, peace and joy!

will provide the thread”

Willing to experience aloneness,
I discover connection everywhere;
turning to face my fear,
I meet the warrior who lives within;
opening to my loss,
I gain the embrace of the universe;
surrendering into emptiness,
I find fullness without end.
Each condition I flee from pursues me,
each condition I welcome transforms me
and becomes itself transformed
into its radiant jewel-like essence.
I bow to the one who has made it so,
who has crafted this Master Game.
To play it is purest delight;
to honor its form–true devotion.ย

If only there could be an invention…..

โ€œIf only there could be an invention that bottled up a memory, like scent.
And it never faded, and it never got stale.
And then, when one wanted it, the bottle could be uncorked, and it would be like
living the moment all over again.โ€

The Wise Woman and The Stone

A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream.
The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her
bag to share her food. The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to
give it to him. She did so without hesitation.ย The traveler left, rejoicing in his good fortune.
He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lifetime. But a few days later
he came back to return the stone to the wise woman.ย “I’ve been thinking,” he said, “I know
how valuable the stone is, but I give it back in the hope that you can give me something even
more precious. Give me what you have within you that enabled you to give me the stone.”ย

. . . . we are all souls, all of the same substance.

ย ย

We are all rowing the same boatย
and there are ominous storms on the horizon.ย
Violence and shortsightednessย
seem to dominate our world.ย
We need to row in harmony
to renounce hatred, anger, fear and pride.ย
We need to have the courage, to do the right thing.ย
We need to love and respect one another
to see and appreciate the innate beautyย
and dignity of everyone
because we are all souls, all of the same substance.

High recognitions . . . . it was in the very act of weaving itself,…..

“In and out. Up and down. Over and over.
She wove the strands of her life together. Patching hole after hole.
Eventually she saw it was much more than the threads that gave her strength,
it was in the very act of weaving itself, that she became strong.”
