The Triple Goddess or Virgin, Mother, Crone
represents the phases of the Moon.
The new Moon, the full Moon and the waning Moon
symbolizing that everything in the material world
has a beginning, comes to fullness and eventually ends . . .
but there is always a New Moon or new beginning.
