Today, I join our friends all over the world who are celebrating the Hindu Festival, Diwali; also known as Deepavali and the Festival of Lights! I may not fully understand the history, traditions and rituals behind the Festival, all the same, I cannot but share in the loving thoughts and joyful sentiments surrounding a Festival dedicated to light and signifying “the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair.[“
Happy Diwali, my dear friends! May the Festival remind us all of the ETERNAL LIGHT and Its WILL!
This year, October 23 comes down with so much “feel good” for me: this Festival, the New Moon Eclipse and my Birth Day; all in one day! So much to be grateful for!
Abundant love, peace and joy are what I wish everyone who has crossed my earthly path so far; irrespective of whether we have met physically or, not. I pray that I do not fail (again) the Hand of Fate that has guided our paths to the “crossings”!

  1. This is a marvelous reminder. I sometimes wonder why the God of All allows so much evil , hate and cruelty to continue in the world and then I realize , if there is no darkness, there is no reason for Light to Shine.
