The Holy Spirit…..an eternal Envoy of God.

…..And the Spirit of God moved over the waters…….

“By an Act of the Will of God embodied in the holy command ‘Let There Be Light’, a Part of His Holy Essence was placed at the outermost boundary of the Divine. This Essence or to use our analogy, Super Substation, now gave light and life to a sphere of existence below the Divine which we now know as CREATION. All radiation residues that were not strong enough to take on form in the Divine (see our essay, `Divine Splendors’) then had the opportunity to stream downwards, embody or gradually develop and manifest their full potentials, or, proverbially speaking, live life to the fullest.”

The passage above is from our last piece `Let There Be Light’ in which we touched on the advent of the Holy Spirit. We encourage our readers to read that piece in order to follow our train of thought.

 In a 3- part series, we shall reflect on a few aspects of the Holy Spirit: 1.The source and sustenance of the Holy Spirit or simply, God and the Holy Spirit. 2. The personality of the Holy Spirit. 3. The Holy Spirit and creation. Today we are taking on the first aspect and sincerely hope you will follow us and make your inputs throughout the series. The Holy Spirit is of such immense significance to humanity that we are dedicating three posts, i.e., three weeks to the subject.

By an unbreakable radiation chain the Holy Spirit is eternally linked with God the Almighty. So strong is this radiation bond that it is as if the Almighty stretched out His hand to envelope creation in his palm. GOD WORKS IN THE HOLY SPIRIT. `In’ the Holy Spirit not `through‘ the Holy Spirit. Mark the words well.  Do not gloss over this distinction.

 To work through for instance, means that the Almighty gives the prompting, the impetus or, grants the request from a pure volition and leaves the final delivery to the channel. The channel could be a human being like the sage, prophet, called one or indeed, any of us;  it could be a nature being like the elf, sprite, gnome, salamander,  or, higher being like the  arch angel, misunderstood `god` of old, etc. These are the Servants of God. If they fail, they are consigned to perdition as is the case with Lucifer. A  Divine being of magnificent beauty and size, the arch angel Lucifer was sent down to assist the human spirits mature in the material realms. Instead of patiently guiding them with helping love, he introduced the principle of temptation and caused the downfall of man. He fell from grace and can no longer be admitted into the Divine realms.

To work in, on the other hand, means that the channel is an incarnation of God!  A living part of the Holy Essence of God. It is God in Creation and bears the perfection of God. That is the Holy Spirit: the Will of God that has taken on form. As an Envoy of God ( distinct from a servant  of God ) It cannot be dismembered or, separated from God but, if need be, only recalled to be one with God as it was in the beginning. The only other Envoy we know of was the Son of God.

We bow in gratitude to the Most High for permitting the anchorage on earth of the knowledge of events that unfold in realms which are exceedingly mobile and far removed from our sphere of existence as human beings.
